Meet your instructors:
Heidi Hoelzer is originally from New York City, resides in London and teaches between London & Munich. Heidi is certified and has been teaching Yoga, Hormone Yoga, Barre & Pilates since 2017. Heidi offers a challenging class with a soft approach.
Tanja Krodel brought the barre workout from New York to Munich 15 years ago and is one of the most renowned trainers in the German-speaking world, having already designed training programs for personalities such as Barbara Becker, Veronica Ferres, and Heiner Lauterbach.

Friday 7.30-8.00 Aqua Workout and 8.15-9.00 Workout. 16.30-17.45 Yoga & Pilates
Saturday 7.30-8.15 Wake Up Yoga and 8.15-9.00 Barre Workout. 16.30-17.45 Breath Work & Yoga Nidra
Sunday 7.30-8.15 Barre Workout und 8.30-9.00 Aqua Workout
Guided walk either on Saturday or Sunday - depending on the weather.

Rooms prices are per person per night. They do not include the local tourism tax – currently € 2.60 per person per day. Children up to the age of 15 years do not have to pay the local tourism tax or holiday cancellation insurance.
Cancellations of reservations are generally only accepted in writing.
GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- No cancellation fees up to 14 days before the start of your vacation.
- From 14 days before the start of your vacation and in the event of early departure, we charge 90% of the total package price.
We recommend booking the THERESA Cancellation Insurance service just in case.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE AND CARNIVAL
- Free cancellation up to 60 days before the start of your vacation.
- From 60 days to 14 days before the start of your vacation, 40% of the total package price.
- From 14 days before the start of your vacation and in the event of early departure, we charge 90% of the total package price.
Cancellation insurance: For €3 per person and booked vacation day, you cover all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness, or other serious personal reasons for the insured person, children, siblings, parents, or grandparents. If you would like to take advantage of this discounted service, please let us know when making your reservation. Thank you. Not available for reservations over Christmas/New Year's Eve/Carnival.
