That’s why at Hotel THERESA, we’ve created a retreat reserved exclusively for adults. Our Adults-Only wellness area includes a sports pool, panoramic and infrared saunas, and – as the cherry on top – our 'Weitblick' relaxation room.

In our 25-meter, year-round heated sports pool, it’s all lanes open for adults! Early in the morning, you can swim a few laps to wake up or glide across the water for some wellness and relaxation. Enjoy the Zillertal mountain panorama in complete peace and quiet from our outdoor sports pool.
Adults-Only Panoramic Sauna
Step into the Adults-Only sauna in the Zillertal valley. It’s hard to say what’s more beautiful here: the panoramic view of the Zillertal mountains surrounding Hotel THERESA, or the peaceful quiet away from the noise of children. At around 70–80 °C with continuous sauna infusions, this is the perfect place to fully unwind.

What feels better after an active day in the mountains than the relaxing warmth of the infrared sauna? It helps fight muscle tension, colds and back pain. To top it all off, the view from our sauna is simply spectacular.
