Prices shown do not include the local tourism tax, which is € 1.80 per person per day. This tax will be invoiced separately (children up to 15 years of age do not have to pay the local tourism tax).
Guests who wish to stay the night with us but do not want to have breakfast at the hotel are entitled to a price reduction of €10. Please be aware that no discount can be provided in situations where guests have booked a meal at the hotel but decide to eat elsewhere.
The single occupancy surcharge for a 27m² Country House Room is €45 / €55 per day (varies depending on the seasonal price per person). In larger rooms the charge is 50% of the standard room price for the respective category (please speak to a member of staff at reception for more details).
CURRENT CONDITIONS: All bookings made directly with our hotel for summer 2023 can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival.
Otherwise, the Austrian hotel regulations apply. In general, cancellations are only accepted in written form. For cancellations up to 3 months before the scheduled day of arrival there is no cancellation charge. For cancellations up to 1 month before the scheduled day of arrival we charge 40% of the total package price. For cancellations up to 1 week before the scheduled date of arrival we charge 70% of the total package price. For cancellations in the last week before the scheduled date of arrival we charge 90% of the total package price.
For €3 per person per day you can cover all cancellation costs which may arise in case of accident, illness or other serious personal reasons affecting the insured persons themselves, their children, siblings, parents and grandparents. Please inform us when making your booking if you do not wish to take out this insurance. Thank you very much.
Four Seasons (telephone: +43 512 5841570, e-mail email@example.com) offers a taxi shuttle service to and from airports in the region. Alternatively, we will be happy to contact a local taxi company on your behalf to enquire about taxi transfers to and from the airport.
Guests are entitled to one free parking space per room in our underground garage.
Dogs can be admitted only by prior arrangement. Please be aware that dogs cannot access the restaurants, bar, club and lounge area, garden and terrace and the spa area. We reserve the right to charge for any extra cleaning or damage. Price per day: €40 (without food).
You are welcome to bring your friends to our hotel for meals. The following prices apply:
