Our rooms are guaranteed to be available from 3 p.m.
The room must be vacated by 11 noon on the day of departure.
Prices shown do not include the local tourism tax, which is € 2,60 per person per day. This tax will be invoiced separately (children up to 15 years of age do not have to pay the local tourism tax).
If you book bed and breakfast only (excluding dinner and lunch buffet), the price will be reduced by €50.00. No discounts can be applied for meals not consumed.
The single occupancy surcharge for a 27m² Country House Room is €45 / €55 per day (varies depending on the seasonal price per person). In larger rooms the charge is 50% of the standard room price for the respective category (please speak to a member of staff at reception for more details).
Cancellations
Cancellations of reservations are generally only accepted in writing.
GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- No cancellation fees up to 14 days before the start of your vacation.
- From 14 days before the start of your vacation and in the event of early departure, we charge 90% of the total package price.
We recommend booking the THERESA Cancellation Insurance service just in case.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR NEW YEAR’S EVE AND CARNIVAL
- Free cancellation up to 60 days before the start of your vacation.
- From 60 days to 14 days before the start of your vacation, 40% of the total package price.
- From 14 days before the start of your vacation and in the event of early departure, we charge 90% of the total package price.
For €3 per person and booked vacation day, you cover all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness, or other serious personal reasons for the insured person, children, siblings, parents, or grandparents. If you would like to take advantage of this discounted service, please let us know when making your reservation. Thank you. Not available for reservations over Christmas/New Year’s Eve/Carnival.

Four Seasons (telephone: +43 512 5841570, e-mail office@airport-transfer.com) offers a taxi shuttle service to and from airports in the region. Alternatively, we will be happy to contact a local taxi company on your behalf to enquire about taxi transfers to and from the airport.
Guests are entitled to one free parking space per room in our underground garage.
Of course, your four-legged friend is also very welcome. We charge €40.00 per day for them (food not included).
Your dog is welcome to accompany you to breakfast and dinner in our cozy Zillertal Stube (limited). Your dog is also very welcome in our country-style rooms and spacious VIP suites. We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed in our spa area, lounge and bar, sunbathing lawn, or dining rooms. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket to ensure your companion feels completely comfortable.
There are many walking opportunities available around our THERESA.
You are welcome to bring your friends to our hotel for meals. The following prices apply:
