PRICE INFORMATION

• Departure: We ask you to check out of your room by noon.
• Arrival: Check-in is possible after 3.00 pm. If you will not be able to arrive prior to evening dinner (by 8.30 pm) - please let us know in advance.

• Surcharge for Single Occupancy: € 45 / € 55 per day when staying in a vacation room. In larger rooms: 50 % of the rate for the room in question (by prior arrangement).
• Dogs and pets are permissible upon advanced arrangement. They are not allowed in the restaurants, bar or lounge area, or in the gardens or on the terrace.
• Price: € 20 per day (pet food not included)
• Children's discounts: please refer to Children's offers.
• Resort taxes: € 1,20 per person, not included in the accommodation price.
• Tax: our prices are not including VAT of € 1.80 per adult and child from age 15, per night.
• Offers: all offers must be booked in advance. Guests may only redeem one discount per booking.
• Price reduction: If you prefer room with breakfast only: € 10 per person. No price refund is possible for meals which you fail to attend.
• Cancellation charges: Austrian federal hotel guidelines apply in all instances. Room cancellations can only be made in writing. Up to 3 months before your arrival: no cancellation costs apply, up to 1 month before arrival we charge 40 % of the total offer price, up to 1 week before arrival we charge 70 % of the total offer price, less than 1 week before arrival we charge 90 % of the total offer price.
• Cancellation insurance: For a total of € 3 per person and reserved day of stay, you can insure any costs of cancellation. In the event that you would not like to purchase this affordable service, please, advise us when making your reservation.
• Modes of payment: we recommend bringing along cash to settle your hotel bill (any currency); we also accept EC check cards.
