Which is why, in our spacious (160m²) and modern fitness studio, our trained, expert staff make you feel completely comfortable, and will explain to you the 21 pieces of high-tech Gym 80 and Precor equipment (all with cardio monitors, SaTV, MP3 player and DVD).

The THERESA-SPA Team would be delighted to help you create a personal training program, and is happy to offer consultation in all matters related to fitness, always there for you with information, motivation and training tips. On request and by appointment: personal one-on-one training.
