Arrival: Check-in is possible after 3:00 p.m. If you will not be able to arrive prior to evening dinner (by 8:30) - please let us know in advance.
Departure: We ask you to check out of your room by noon.

Surcharge for Single Occupancy: € 30.00 per day when staying in a vacation room. In larger rooms: 50% of the rate for the room in question (by prior arrangement).
Dogs and Pets may be accepted if advanced arrangements are made. They are not allowed in the restaurants, bar or lounge area, or in the gardens or on the terrace.
Price: € 20.00 per day (pet food not included).
Children's Discounts: please refer to Children's Packages.
Resort Taxes: € 1.20 per person, not in the price included.
Short Stays: of under 3 days, 10 % surcharge.
Tax: Our prices are not including VAT of € 1,20 per adult and child at the age of 15, per night.
Packages: all packages must be booked in advance. Guests may only take advantage of one discount per booking.
Price Reduction: if you prefer room with breakfast only: € 10.00 per person. No price refund is possible for meals which you fail to attend.
Cancellation Charges: Austrian federal hotel guidelines apply in all instances. From 1 month to 1 week prior to scheduled arrival: a 3-day empty bed charge (= 50% of the room and board price). Should you cancel less than 1 week prior to arrival, you will be assessed an empty bed charge for the full length of stay you had originally booked.
Cancellation Insurance: For a total of € 3,00 per person and reserved day of stay, you can insure any costs of cancellation. In the event that you would not like to purchase this affordable service, please advise us at the time of reservation.
Modes of Payment: we recommend bringing along cash to settle your hotel bill (any currency); we also accept EC check cards.
